# Invite teammates

> Add editors and admins to your Mintlify organization.

Mintlify has two places where you can invite collaborators: the organization level (for broad access) and the project level (for access to a specific docs site).

## Invite to your organization

1. Go to [dashboard.mintlify.com](https://dashboard.mintlify.com) and open your organization.
2. Go to **Settings → Members**.
3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
4. Select their role: **Admin** or **Editor**.
5. Click **Send invite**.

The invitee receives an email with a link to accept. Invitation links expire after 7 days — resend from the Members page if the link expires.

### Role assignment

Assign the **Editor** role to most teammates — they can write and publish content but can't access billing or organization settings. Reserve **Admin** for people who need to manage the organization, billing, or security settings.

## Invite to a specific project

To give someone access to one project without adding them to the organization:

1. Open the project in your dashboard.
2. Go to **Settings → Members**.
3. Enter their email and select a project-level role.

Project-level access doesn't grant access to other projects or organization settings.

## Pending invites

Pending invites are listed in **Settings → Members → Pending**. You can resend or revoke them from there. Revoking an invite doesn't notify the recipient — the link simply stops working.

<Tip>
Tell new teammates to expect an invite email from Mintlify. Corporate email filters sometimes flag unfamiliar senders and send the message to spam.
