# Subprocessors

> Third-party services Mintlify uses to process customer data.

Mintlify uses the following third-party subprocessors to deliver the platform. All subprocessors are contractually bound to protect data in accordance with Mintlify's DPA.

## Infrastructure

| Subprocessor              | Purpose                                      | Data location |

| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | Cloud infrastructure for hosting and compute | US, EU        |
| Cloudflare                | CDN, DDoS protection, and DNS                | Global        |

## Product and operations

| Subprocessor | Purpose                                   | Data processed           |

| Vercel       | Edge compute for select features          | Anonymous request data   |
| GitHub       | Source code hosting and CI/CD integration | Repository content       |
| Stripe       | Payment processing                        | Billing and payment data |
| Resend       | Transactional email delivery              | Name and email address   |

## Analytics and support

| Subprocessor | Purpose                    | Data processed                     |

| PostHog      | Internal product analytics | Anonymized usage data              |
| Intercom     | Customer support chat      | Name, email, support conversations |

## Changes to this list

Mintlify updates this list when adding or removing subprocessors. Customers with a signed DPA are notified at least 30 days before a new subprocessor is added, providing an opportunity to object.
