You can delete individual projects or close your entire Mintlify organization. Both actions are permanent after the confirmation step.Documentation Index

Delete a project
Deleting a project removes it from Mintlify but does not delete your Git repository or the content in it.- Open the project in your dashboard.
- Go to Settings → Danger zone.
- Click Delete project and type the project name to confirm.
- The
*.mintlify.appURL stops serving your site. - Any custom domain configuration is removed.
- Analytics history for the project is deleted.
- Your Git repository and all content remain intact.
Close your organization
Closing your organization deletes all projects under it and cancels your subscription.- Go to Settings → Danger zone.
- Click Close organization and confirm.
Before deleting
- Export any analytics data you want to keep (it won’t be recoverable after deletion).
- Remove the Mintlify GitHub App from your GitHub organization if you don’t plan to use Mintlify again — it’s in GitHub → Settings → Integrations → Installed GitHub Apps.
- Cancel any active subscriptions to avoid being charged after deletion.
