Data we collect
Account data — Name, email address, and authentication credentials for Mintlify account holders. Usage data — Information about how you use the Mintlify dashboard and web editor, including pages visited, actions taken, and feature usage. Docs content — The MDX files and assets in your connected repository. Mintlify processes this data to build and serve your docs site. Reader analytics — Page views, search queries, feedback votes, and AI assistant interactions on your docs site. This data is attributed to your organization and used to power the analytics dashboard.How we use data

- To power the analytics dashboard and AI search features.
Data sharing
Mintlify does not sell your data. We share data with subprocessors as needed to operate the service (see Subprocessors). We may disclose data in response to valid legal requests.Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Submit requests to privacy@mintlify.com.Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your account and a reasonable period after closure. Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months.
